• Myron is a Director of Operations and Stephen is a Senior Project Manager and Implementation Director in both the Atlantic Coast and Eastern Region; their business and operational understanding are essential to the day-to-day operations, management, and maintenance of our fraternity's corporate structure.

• Myron and Stephen bring over 40 years of combined experience to Iota Phi Theta, demonstrating unwavering dedication to the fraternity with continuous service. Their extensive leadership background spans all levels, including elected positions at the chapter, state, regional, and national offices.

• Myron and Stephen have developed a platform that includes our brothers of all ages, crossing years, and fraternity demographics. They will bring us together in the name of our beloved founders to do the work.
