Our Purpose

LEGACY
The 23rd Administration realigned with the Founders' vision through Fraternity activism, creating an entity to drive action in local, midterm, and national elections, and launching signature community initiatives to enhance the organization’s brand while serving diverse communities under the Iota banner.
We will further elevate this entity by providing enhanced resources, assistance, support, and opportunities, fully aligning with our Administration's vision to advance our mission and impact.

FINANCE
To sustain Iota, we will focus on securing external revenue through strategic partnerships, grants, and donations. Concurrently, our goal is to increase our operating budget as a 501(c)(7) organization by expanding our number of financial members and chapters by over 30% from the start of this administration.
Additionally, we aim to boost intake revenue by over 40%, creating new opportunities for membership returns and benefits for all financial members.

RESOURCES
We will strategically increase the value of attending all Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. National meetings and conferences by partnering with the Strategic Planning team, corporate sponsors, and small businesses.
Additionally, we will leverage our existing membership base to create opportunities for internal investment. By establishing a network of providers and consumers, we will generate resources to support various fraternal and personal ventures.

ACCOUNTABILITY
Collaborate with established committees to ensure accurate, sustainable, and timely reporting of fraternity financial statements, plans, and decisions.
Our commitment is to demonstrate to the brotherhood that this administration is diligently working on their behalf. We will make data-driven decisions that prioritize the best interests of the organization and its members, empowering our collective success.

ENGAGEMENT
We will enhance the value of our collegiate membership by establishing a National Brand and Marketing Team, comprising both collegiate and alumni members, to manage initiatives such as the OneIota TV YouTube channel. This team will support the creation and promotion of our National brand.
We will provide comprehensive training opportunities for all chapters, covering areas such as fundraising, recruiting, and growth.
Under this Administration, membership engagement will increase through our commitment to transparency, inclusivity, and a renewed dedication to the brotherhood.
