OUR BROTHERHOOD

We will persistently promote strategies for Retention, Reclamation, and Recruitment to enhance the organization’s manpower, expertise, resources, and revenue opportunities.

MENTORSHIP
Establish a mentorship program designed to support the personal and professional development of undergraduate members, including guidance for post-collegiate employment. This initiative aims to ensure that our collegiate members derive significant value from their association with the organization.

TRANSPARENCY
We will institute quarterly updates delivered through our Director of Communications, leveraging platforms such as OneIota TV and other National programs. These updates will address issues pertinent to the brotherhood, ensuring engagement and transparency across the organization.

DUES
Revamp our membership dues methodology to introduce greater flexibility and transparency, ensuring a clear and adaptable approach to all dues-related matters.

MEMBERSHIP AFFAIRS
Our initiative will be explicitly designed to address the needs of our undergraduate chapters, members, and advisors, ensuring access to comprehensive personal, professional, and fraternal training and certifications.
Additionally, we will establish a clear progression path for members transitioning from undergraduate to alumni status. This will involve close collaboration with Member Services to streamline the Brothers-in-Transition program, enhancing its effectiveness in serving Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc.
