Our Vision


MARKETABILITY
We will enhance our social media presence across all levels by revamping our brand and marketability, with a focus on expanding our fraternal investment in social media.
To achieve this, we will establish a comprehensive Media and Relations team, which will include units for social media, relations management, communication, and the vendor program, among others. Concurrently, we will improve our media policies and protocols, integrating them into our Fraternal governing documents.

TECHNOLOGY
This administration will focus on expanding the functionality of our mobile application to address gaps and improve communications, operations, and documentation. We will implement technological upgrades to enhance its effectiveness and support our strategic goals.
We will leverage our national database as a central data repository, allowing us to invest more effectively in our membership by optimizing its use. Additionally, we will focus on key enhancements to integrate systems across all platforms, improving usability, feasibility, and modernity, thereby boosting productivity and enhancing membership access as part of our financial benefit.

DEVELOPMENT
We will adopt a modern approach to training and development by implementing a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver targeted training and workshops for critical roles at local, state, regional, and national levels.
Our primary focus will be on elected officers, aiming to build a robust leadership pipeline within the organization. Following this, we will address the development needs of appointed positions, including committee representatives and chairs.
Every member will benefit from access to proven templates and blueprints for managing various aspects of the Fraternity. This administration’s vision is to provide development opportunities that enhance fraternal, personal, and professional growth, leveraging membership benefits for holistic development.

STRUCTURE
We will institute a comprehensive improvement of all existing governing documents, including Policy & Procedure Manuals, Protocol Manuals, the Code of Conduct, and Constitutional Bylaws. This enhancement will focus on refining our governance of communications, access to information, and both external and internal partnerships.

Additionally, we will review and update our ritual ceremonies and national meetings, including Regional Meetings, to ensure they align with our strategic goals. We will also implement changes to improve our approach to nationally televised events, enhancing their global impact and effectiveness.

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
Establish a Diversity and Inclusion Task Force to integrate diverse perspectives, experiences, and priorities, fostering productive dialogue and comprehensive action planning within Iota..
