ACHIEVEMENTS

• Championed the Eastern Region’s success by leading initiatives that secured consecutive 'Region of the Year' awards for 2021 and 2023 at the International Conclaves. This accomplishment was realized under International Grand Polaris Andre Manson (22nd) guidance and Dr. Sean D. Housen Sr. (23rd). My strategic leadership and ability to align regional goals with broader fraternal objectives were instrumental in achieving these accolades, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and fostering regional growth and collaboration."

 

• Directed the Eastern Region to set new benchmarks for excellence within the Fraternity, consistently outperforming other regions across key metrics, including financial membership, chapter growth, new member initiations, and active Life Memberships. These accomplishments not only established a new standard of performance but also exemplified effective leadership and strategic vision, driving the entire organization toward heightened success and enhanced operational standards.

• Engineered a substantial increase in member attendance and registered participation at all Eastern Region conferences from 2018 to 2023. This strategic initiative significantly enhanced engagement and membership involvement across the region, contributing to stronger regional cohesion and demonstrating a commitment to fostering active member participation and organizational growth.

• Under my leadership, the Eastern Region achieved the highest number of registered members at each Conclave in 2019, 2021, and 2023. This accomplishment reflects my strategic ability to mobilize and engage members effectively for key business meetings, significantly advancing the interests and collective progress of the Fraternity.

• Secured a state proclamation from North Carolina designating April 19th as 'Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated Community Health Fair Day.' This recognition underscores the Fraternity’s commitment to advancing community health and wellness, highlighting our strategic role in promoting public health initiatives and enhancing our organization’s impact within the community.

• As State Director from 2012 to 2015, I spearheaded strategic initiatives that resulted in the State of Virginia achieving notable growth. Under my leadership, Virginia recorded the highest rates of chapter reactivation and
  successful chapter charters within the Region, significantly enhancing the state’s organizational footprint and operational vitality.

​

• Under my leadership, over 60% of proposed bylaw amendments were successfully enacted, leading to a significantly refined and updated version of our constitutional bylaws. This achievement underscores my commitment to strategic governance and the continuous enhancement of our organizational framework.

​

• Since 2008, I have demonstrated unwavering commitment and strategic leadership within the Fraternity, maintaining continuous and dedicated service without interruption. This long-term engagement reflects my deep dedication to the organization’s growth and success.

​

• I attained Life Membership status in 2021, reflecting my steadfast commitment to the fraternity since joining in 2008. My consistent financial active status throughout this period underscores a long-term dedication to the organization's values and sustainability.
